Do I have to pay for CAP’s services?


No. Our services are free of charge. You do not have to pay an advisor, interpreter, community leader or any other person affiliated with CAP to access our services.




Which nationalities are represented by CAP?


CAP’s services are open to asylum seekers and refugees of all nationalities.




Do I need to speak Thai or English to communicate with CAP?


No. The CAP staff operates with the help of interpreters of many different languages including Vietnamese, Hmong, Ede, Jarai, Khmer, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Punjab, French, and Farsi, to mention but a few. If you need an interpreter to speak to our staff, please state your language at the start of the call. When an interpreter who speaks your language is available, we will call you back. CAP’s interpreters are bound by the principle of confidentiality.




Do I have to communicate to CAP through my community leader?


CAP is not linked to any individual refugee community leaders. Please feel free to contact CAP directly. You never have to go through a community leader to speak with us.




How can I get help?


If you need assistance, please contact us by telephone or email to register as a client, and make an appointment. CAP only meets with clients by appointment, and does not operate a walk-in service.
